Global Health Chemical Diversity Library

The Global Health Chemical Diversity Library is a 68,689 compound lead-like diversity library prepared for screening against the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation priority pathogens. The compounds were commercially sourced from reputable vendors, selected to have lead-like physicochemical properties, enhanced Fsp3 character, enrichment in novel chemotypes, and filtered to remove unwanted groups.

The library data from over 25  screens will be captured and subsequently released to the Chembl database. It is hoped that the creation of this library and the data generated will aid future research and drug discovery efforts for diseases of the developing world.
